OUR Signature

“ We combine elegance,
finesse and freshness in our special vintages…”

Our winemaking practices

Nonfiltered and non-clarified, our champagnes do not like rush nor brutality but rather calm and darkness. This is why they benefit from an extended maturing on lees to get as close as possible to the truth of the wine, emphasising a variety of unique aromas. Our champagnes are characterized by their elegance, their freshness, and their energy.

The environmental issue

A large proportion of the grapes delivered to Sanger are produced in an environmentally friendly production (minimum use of plant protection products, soil cultivation, control of weed growth and organic fertilisation). Hygiene in the cellar is maximum, the processes guarantee the respect of the origins, and the minimalist intervention is central to our daily practices.

The Transmission

“ More than ethics for us,
it is a philosophy…”

Sharing

“More than ethics for us, it is a philosophy…” Since 1952, our house, as a corporate citizen has been pursuing an approach of intergenerational sharing of knowledge. With this objective in mind, it welcomes, within the framework of an educational agreement with the Lycée Viticole d'Avize, future professionals (pupils, students, apprentices, and trainees) on its production and marketing tool to allow them to discover in a real operating situation the process of vinification and marketing of its champagnes.

OUR QUALITY APPROACH (ISO 22000)

ISO 22000 certification is an international standard for Food Safety Management. It ensures the safety of our wines, helps structure our practices, and is therefore highly strategic for our company. It also strengthens the trust of our partners and clients through effective risk control and represents an additional step in our ongoing quality initiatives.
